Bad business practice. I was told they would call me back with an answer to my question. They never did call me back and the next day my question was answered by another person (the person they hired to do the work in qiestion). The company knew the answer to my question when I asked it but didn't have the nerve to say "no sorry we have it taken care of with another person." It isn't hard to say no CCI.
